Note: The contents of newly created community workspaces are readable by all LogicaCMG staff. This is different to other workspace
types that only allow members of the workspace access to the private area. If you are part of a community that requires private use of a
workspace with members-only access please use a Business support or Competence workspace.

- The requester should complete all details on this form and send the completed form to MIS.Helpdesk@logicacmg.com
- The help desk will review the request and create the site or advise of any issues
- Please help avoid delays by completing all the fields requested.
- Please allow 5 working days for requests to be actioned
