5. Delivery: within 4 weeks from receipt of commercially & technically clear
confirm purchase order along with 40% advance. The Delivery period
mentioned is subject to force “majored clause” like natural Calamities, war,
Act of God, Illegal strike.
6. Payment: Balance against Pre Intimation at P.O.
