In reference to SLA agreement between TP-DP and other coordinated meetings, 11kv cables commissioning handed
over w.e.f Jan. 2018 to D.A.M-C&L for all 132/11kv primary substations under commissioning.
Based on lessons learnt in 2018 and for continuous improvement, D.A.M have created checklist clearance
templates for each work stage, such as (Cable Laying, cable termination and cable testing).
The contractor will not be eligible to start a new wok stage unless fulfilled the corresponding checklist clearance
requirement.

We appreciate your usual support by circulating attached checklists to all contractors of primary 132/11KV SS for
their compliance.
