• Outstanding high levels of detergency/dispersancy keep engines clean and deposit free
• Superior control of carbon deposits in piston ring grooves prevents ring sticking and breakage
• Extremely high level of protection against bore, cam, tappet and bearing wear
• Very good protection against cylinder bore polishing in highly stressed engines
• Very high chemical stability guards against formation of lacquer and hard carbon deposits in ring zone
• Very high levels of engine protection provide extremely high performance reserve to cater for the most
severe operating conditions
• Reduced operating costs result from cleaner engines, very low wear rates and longer engine service life
• Very long term maximum engine performance due to freedom from reduced wear and excellent control
over sludge formation
• Lower operating costs and increased vehicle earning capacity increase operating profit
Applications
• Mobil Delvac 1400 Super is primarily recommended for turbo-charged diesel engines operating under very
severe conditions. It is also suitable for naturally aspirated diesel engines and commercially operated
petrol engines.
• Mobil Delvac 1400 Super can also be used for transmissions requiring Caterpillar TO-2 and Detroit and
Diesel Allison C-4 specification.
