Ingredients of Watermelon, Feta and Amaranth Salad 2 Servings

- 2 cup watermelon - 2 cup washed & dried arugula

- 4 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 tablespoon honey

- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoon roasted amaranth

- 1/2 cup cheese- feta - salt as required

- spice black pepper as required


How to make Watermelon, Feta and Amaranth Salad

Step 1- Prepare the dressing for the salad


To prepare this amazing salad, scoop out 2 cups of watermelon and place them in the fridge to
chill. In the meanwhile, for making a dressing for the salad, take a bowl and mix virgin olive oil,
fresh lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper thoroughly. Add washed and dried arugula to the
dressing, and toss the whole mixture well.

Step 2- Assemble all the ingredients and garnish with cheese and amaranth seeds
On a plate, place the chilled scoops of watermelon along with the arugula dressing. Garnish the
salad with crumbled feta cheese and amaranth seeds.
