of lincoln street to the yellow brick 90 feet, the place of starting. containing 18,200
feet and being one half of the former lots 64 and one half of lot 65 and the
previously unclaimed right of ways bordering this property as shown on map sugar

late husband and father harmon: charlesharry and surviving wife and mother
harmon: mona jean in the year 1961, purchased from allessi: charles and mary;
i, by: harmon, timothyalan, agent, do not hold or make claim to any corporate deed
or contract, presumed or not, attached to this land, warrant number 3853, and
property held by or recorded at jefferson county, pennsylvania or any agent thereof.
i, a man, harmon, timothyalan now believe an incorporated commercial deed
recorded by jefferson county is morally offensive as the maxim is the dead cannot
speak to the living.
