1. 1. We assume our hands touched parts of our bodies normally covered. 2. Ruach Raah
(MB, 4:1)

2. Elokei Neshama is for the neshama, Asher Yatzar is for the guf. (MB, 4:3)

3. Some say you can rely on morning Asher Yatzar, but tzarich iyun. G-d fearing person
should wash and make the bracha. (MB, 4:3)

4. Chayei Adam and Gr'A say to wait until you are going to daven. (MB, 4:4)

5. Michaber says 3 times on each hand, Gr'A says 4 times on each (4:2, MB, 10)
