Rationale The MAPEH Department is committed to promote wellness and

physical health so this booth will give boosts heart health.
Participants not only get aerobic benefits (it really gets your heart
rate up), you also get anaerobic benefits – the kind that help to
maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. It also
enhances coordination. In Zumba and any form of dancing, both
arms and legs are generally moving in different directions so it
requires a good deal of coordination. Repeated practice improves
coordination and helps the students feel more comfortable moving
your body. It’s fun. The more them enjoy this exercise routine, the
more likely to stick with it. So, this is not a money-making business
but a healthy endeavor. This will enhance learners’ social skills by
building camaraderie.
Objectives This activity intents to nourish the holistic health set of the learners.
This fortifies the over-all physical fitness of the learners wherein it
improves children's muscular strength, flexibility, muscular
endurance, body composition (fat-to-muscle ratio) and
cardiovascular endurance.
Proceeds will be served as an additional fund for this department.
Participants Junior High School Learners and MNHS MAPEH Teachers
Activities It is an impromptu dance show off among learners.
