Introduction

One of the most respected and important profession in the world is teaching and

being a teacher (also called a school teacher or, in some contexts, an educator) is a person

who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue (Baumann, 2016).

carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed,

other place of initial formal education or training.

Job satisfaction is defined as the extent to which an employee feels self-

employee feels he or she is having job stability, career growth and a comfortable

work life balance. This implies that the employee is having satisfaction at job as the

work meets the expectations of the individual (Kumar et al, 2018). Therefore, the job

satisfaction of an employee is important for the employee to give a good service to

their customers and employer.
