I. Objectives

action initiatives applying social sciences’ ideas and methods.

B. Motivation
The learners will participate in an activity entitled “ROLLER COASTER RIDE” wherein 3 ping-pong balls
will be relayed in semicircular improvised paper pipes.
Learners will be asked about their observations on the group dynamics as they performed the given
task. Particularly, the following focus questions should be answered:
1. How would you react if one of you fail to transfer the ping pong ball successfully?
2. Were there any conflicts that emerged? How was the group able to resolve the conflicts?

COLLABORATIVE LEARNING
In groups, the learners will be asked by the Teacher to determine the changes that happened in their
community by comparing 2015 and 2017 using the table below:
