Good day! We, second year students of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy are mandated to
conduct an interview for our research regarding Quality Control Procedures as part of our final
requirement in our subject, Total Quality Management (BUMA 20093) for this second semester,
school year 2019 - 2020.

The objective of this research study are:

* To acquire knowledge about the desired quality standards which are acceptable to customers.
* To evaluate the methods and processes of production and suggested further improvements in
their functioning.
* To study and determine the extent of quality deviation in a product during the manufacturing
process.
* To analyze in detail the causes responsible for such deviation.
* To identify the role of a manager/operating officer in the performing Quality Control Procedures.
