As our former financial manager, Ms. Santos experience in the field is laudable. Once, the finance
department had a problem and since the department head is on a sick leave and no one knew how to
solve the problem, everyone was alarmed. Also, no one is willing to handle all the responsibility but Ms.
Santos was willing to take the new challenge and responsibility, she did her best using her analytical
skills and fortitude to solve the problem with everyone and saved the day.
