 Step-by-Step Instructions
FIRST
Fold along all dotted lines.
Cut along all solid lines.
Don’t forget to cut and then
pop up the center spike on
the record player.

SECOND
Create the record player by
gluing tabs with music notes
to the legs. Attach the needle.
THIRD
Fold over the jacket and glue
the inside top and bottom
edges. Be sure to cut out the
date window on the record.
FOURTH
Put the needle to the record...
Spin it around to reveal each
day of the month. Switch it up
with others throughout the year!
