1. I think you should ensure that your goals are clear and specific as possible once you
know your goals. Establish clear path to reaching them. Planning to met goals
involves writing the steps that you can do. You should know your goals, prioritize,
plan ahead of time.

INSIGHTS: When you plan ahead you are forced to identify what exactly it is you
want to accomplish and how you intend to do it. With a plan in hand you are able to
focus more on exactly what you need to do. This helps to create a bigger picture,
which in turn can help to improve communications and share responsibilities by
identifying who needs to do what and when.

2. Deciding in advance. What To Do, How To Do It, When To Do It and Who Will Do It.

INSIGHTS: Decisions play important roles as they determine both organizational and
managerial activities.

3. When you plan, you need to follow the objectives, standard, policies, procedure,
commitment and assumptions like what if your plan fails and what are the
alternatives you will do.

INSIGHTS: The rules help set a common objective to be achieved by the employees
working within the company. Every individual has their own goals but in order to
make everyone work towards one common objective, it is essential to have rules as
they help the entity to set equal goals that are to be achieved by the employees.

4. It is reasonable, understable, measurable, believable and achievable.

INSIGHTS: Strategic planning can therefore help an organization develop the right
goals and targets and help everyone focus their efforts into meeting them.

5. The key of everything is the budget. Because if you have money, you can do
everything to serve the people. Understaff, salary, lack of technology and lack of
funds.
INSIGHTS: A budget is a plan that helps you prioritize your spending. With a budget,
you can move to focus your money on the things that are most important to you.

SUPERVISOR RELATIONS
1. Yes. Like if you did something good she will recognize you. She will give us
something.

INSIGHTS:
2. Satisfactory. Because she is different in every area. But ever since she’s like that
already. She will give what we want. We are the one’s who decide sometimes.
She’s good.

3. If you did something she will talk to you in private and in a nice way.

4. They are not the ones who will provide trainings but they will talk to us and
pushes us to attend different trainings and seminars.

5. She has the idea on what is the obligations and responsibilities of her staff. She
knows it.

INSIGHTS: One responsibility of an excellent supervisor is to build and to maintain a


professional interpersonal relationship with subordinates. Good relationships lead to happy
employees, which can help to increase production and to create harmony among team
members.
