TERMS: 
 
1. Price Validity:‐ 
Prices are valid for 15 days from the date hereof but quoted prices may change subject to change in government import 
tariff, taxation policies, and relevant foreign currency exchange before acceptance the order.
2. Delivery Schedule:‐ 
Complimentary  free  of  cost  delivery  is  done  by  Compsi  for  its  valued  customers  for  all  major  cities  of  Pakistan  via 
standard overland cargo service; in case of overnight, detain cargo service area actual will be charged. 
Most of low‐end to medium‐end products are available ex‐stock where delivery will be managed within 01‐02 working 
days for local city (Lahore) and within 03‐05 working days for standard cargo area. However delivery for non‐stock items 
will be managed within 45‐60 working days after confirmed order.  
Please inquire the exact delivery schedule before placing the order however; high‐end products and non‐stock products 
are imported on order basis where delivery time may increase then mentioned above due to any situation (including the 
constraint of material from manufacturer) beyond the control of Compsi. 
3. Payment:‐ 
Payment terms 15 days credit from the date delivery of material (credit offer is available subject to clearance of all +30 
days invoices), you may pay the invoices via cash, credit card (with addition of bank service charges on net price), on‐line 
(please ask for detail) or cross cheque to A/C payee only (if approved corporate client) payable to Compsi Solution.      
4. Installation:‐ 
Consumable,  Low‐end  and  medium‐end  products  are  user  installable  as  recommended  by  the  manufacturer. 
Complimentary free of cost installation is done by Compsi for its valued customers within Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi 
for high‐end products and hardware only.  
5. Warranty:‐ 
Compsi offer free warranty services for standard duration as offered by the manufacturer. Extended warranty services 
are also available for details please feel free to contact. Following documents are required by the manufacturer to cover 
the free warranty services, 
 Copy of Invoice / Delivery Challan / Original Warranty Card (if supplied with products).          
 Original Packing & Accessories (in case of unit replacement and if required by manufacturer). 
All Warranty Term, Limitation and Exclusion mentioned by the manufacturer will apply. Virus removal, operating system 
and application software support is not covered under warranty as per HP guidelines.  
Hours of Service: Support from Compsi shall be available from Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 
AM to 2:00 PM). 
6. Income Tax‐ N.T.N # 4049917‐7:‐ 
Compsi  is  a  commercial  importer, and  normally import  all  products  itself. These  imported  products are  taxed  under 
section 148 of Income tax Ordinance, 2001 at the time of custom clearance and exempted for at source deduction of, 
withholding income tax as per notification No: S.R.O 97(1)/2002 dated 12 February 2002 & Clause 47(A), Part‐IV of 2nd 
Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. 
7. General Sales Tax‐ G.S.T # . 03‐00‐4049‐917‐12:‐ 
In case of directly imported items 17% G.S.T from registered buyer & 18% G.S.T from non‐registered buyer is applicable 
and separately mentioned with quoted prices the same will be charge except the buyers has valid Tax Exemption as per 
Federal Board of Revenue Govt. of Pakistan. 
Compsi is a commercial importers and withholding of sales tax at any level is not applicable vide clause (xi) of sales tax 
Special Procedure (withholding) Rules 2007 as amended vide SRO 897(1)/2013 dated 04.10.2013. 
8. Order Cancellation Charges:‐  
20%  restocking  charges  will  be  applied  for  cancellation  of  confirmed  order  before  delivery;  Goods  once  sold  neither 
returnable nor exchangeable.
