and stabbed the Chief with his knife and then ran. Seeing the bloodied Chief of Police on the
ground, a nurse stopped and helps the Chief of Police. As the nurse was treating the wounds of the
Chief, the Accused came back and punched the nurse:

A. Did the accused commit indirect assault against the nurse?

B. With the same facts but the one who aids the CoP was a teacher, did the accused commit
indirect assault against the teacher?

C. Will you charge the accused with use of the dangerous drug, specifically marijuana under RA
9165?

I. If the Accused went to some barrio and there he made friends with some fishermen and invited
them somewhere to incite them to disobey the order of the public officers and prevent them
from performing their official duties. Police officers caught them and took them to the police
precinct and when asked, the fishermen denied that they agreed. What is the crime, if any,
committed by the fishermen?
