ACADEMIC ADVISEMENT FOR

SOPHOMORES
In contrast to the regular semester of the school year, all incoming sophomores are not
blocked for the Intersession. They must undergo academic advisement in coordination with
their home departments.

Advisement consists of:

 The student visiting his/her home department
 The home department calling up a student’s Individual Program of Study (IPS) on
AISIS.
 Advising incoming sophomore of classes he/she will take in the coming Intersession and
updating the same on AISIS.
