 Get started
 Plan the mission
 Launch Pix4Dcapture.
 Select your drone
 Tap Settings

 Tap Drone and select your drone.

 Select a mission
 Move, resize, and rotate your mission
so that it covers your project area.
 Select a safe altitude.
 Tap to customize your mission
settings.
 Save the mission for future use.

 Fly the mission
 Place your drone in an area that you can safely take off from and land in.
 Turn on your drone and controller according to your drone
manufacturer's recommended order of operations.
 Connect your phone or tablet to your drone according to your drone
manufacturer's recommended order of operations.
 Force close all drone applications that are open on your phone or tablet.
 Launch Pix4Dcapture.
 Choose a mission from the Projects List or plan a new mission.
 Tap Start.
 Verify that your drone is connected, then tap Next.
 While your drone is flying:
 Keep your hands on the controller, phone, or tablet at all times.
 Maintain eye contact with your drone at all times.
 Take control or stop the mission by tapping Abort, changing flight
modes, or moving the controller's joysticks.
 When the mission finishes:
 Your drone automatically returns and lands at its home position.
 Take control of your drone if you want to land manually by changing
flight modes or by moving the controller's joysticks.

 Project list
 The Project List manages flight
projects before and after flying
missions. It allows to:
 Plan and save several missions directly
on the field or in advance.
 Create new missions and projects from
scratch or from previous flights.
 Download the images from the drone to
the device.
 Upload the mission from the device to
the cloud.

ORTHOMOSAIC METHOD

 The orthomosaic (true orthophoto) generation is


based on orthorectification. This method removes
the perspective distortions from the images using the
DSM. A high number of matches/keypoints (more
than 1000) is required to generate the model. This
method handles all types of terrain, as well as large
datasets. Distances are preserved and therefore the
orthomosaic can be used for measurements.

 Digital Surface Model (DSM) atau Model Permukaan


Digital adalah model permukaan bumi dengan
menggambarkan seluruh objek permukaan bumi yang
terlihat. Sedangkan permodelan 3D DSM berguna untuk
telekomunikasi, perencanaan kota dan penerbangan.
 Digital Terrain Model (DTM) Model Medan Digital
adalah permukaan elevasi yang mewakili bumi kosong
yang direferensikan ke datum vertikal.
 Contouring adalah garis imajiner pada suatu wilayah
atau area di atas peta yang menghubungkan dan
memperlihatkan beberapa titik pada peta yang memiliki
ketinggian yang sama

 Citra satelit dan photo udara mempunyai kesalahan


geometris, serta ketidaksejajaran antara gambar
yang berdekatan karena faktor sistematis dan tidak
sistematis. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi geometris
dan mengurangi misalignment, maka perlu
dilakukan penyesuaian bundle block dan triangulasi
gambar.
