3) Determination of colors and plans by marketing unit,
4) Drawing the retail store floor plan and store layout,
5) Preparation of Decoration Book,
6) Purchasing of decoration tools and equipment,
7) New annual contract,
8) Setting up the Decoration Room in retail store,
9) Decoration Book implementation in retail store and installation of store
decorative equipment,
10) Review of Decoration Book and doing reforms.

C. Additional Items
1. Allocating Decoration Unit in central office: Provide all necessary equipment
for decoration unit like Computers, Printers, Platers, Desks and human
resource (at least one person as decoration unit employee.)

2. Determination of colors and plans by marketing unit: according to our work

experience in the field of Store decoration we can advise marketing unit on
determination of colors, plans and store layout.

3. Preparation of Decoration Book: by determination of colors, plans and store

layout and preparation of Decoration book it will be possible to purchase
decoration tools and equipment.

4. Setting up the Decoration Room in retail store: determination of the plan

and locating the place of decoration room in retail store, hiring 6 to 8
employee as designer and installer, Provide all necessary equipment for
decoration unit like Computers, Printers, Platers and Desks, determine the
monthly budget of decoration unit for all current costs like purchasing of
material, maintenance and repair of equipment and …

The project (setting up the decoration unit in SPAR store) can divided in two
phase:
First phase: Preparation of Decoration Book
Second phase: Decoration Book implementation in retail store and
installation of store decorative equipment.

Notice:
Monthly fee of store decoration is determined about 2.25 to 3.75 $.
