A. Check the installation of the following: Checked

FM 200 Cylinder (HFC-227ea)
Direct Low Pressure valve
Pressure Switch
Firetrace Tube layout
T- Connector and Plug end of line

B. Leak Test for Fire Trace Tubing: Gauge Reading Date Time Checked
Apply nitrogen at 10 Bar on the Firetrace Tubing.
Check for system leak for 30 minutes after pressurizing.

C. Fire Alarm Condition:

1. Change or jumper the Pressure switch NO Line to NC line at the terminal block located N/A
inside the VFD panel where the cylinder is installed to activate Fire Alarm in designated
Zone No. __.
2. Verify Common Fire Alarm Contact to be used for interfacing If activated. N/A

D. Fault Alarm Condition:

1. Disconnect pressure switch line at the terminal block located inside VFD panel where N/A
the cylinder is installed to activate Fault Alarm in designated Zone No. __.
2. Verify Common Fault Alarm Contact to be used for interfacing If activated. N/A
