 Suggested Timeline HR Training Schedule

1-2 weeks before Open


Register HR user for Tuesday HR Training (Occurs at noon Eastern
Enrollment begins (or before
on 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month)
group goes live)
Give HR Access (If HR is an employee, send employee registration
1 day prior to Employee link then grant HR access once employee has registered so he/she
Navigator Tuesday HR Training has only 1 set of login credentials / If HR is NOT an employee, add to
system under HR Users page and send registration link from system)
HR user completes Tuesday HR Training and logs into system to
1 week before Open Enrollment
begin review of site before going live
Schedule review with HR user to answer any questions and review
1 week before Open Enrollment
troubleshooting items for online enrollment
Follow up with HR user to confirm they have reviewed the system -
3 days before Open Enrollment if they have questions or need additional training on system,
schedule broker/HR training
1-30 days after Open
Schedule and complete 1:1 HR/broker training
Enrollment closeout
