Nini grew up as a very quiet and shy forest gnome


with only her mother Cici. She had no siblings but
considered the animals in the forest to be her
family. She could always relate well to them,
sometimes better than those of her own kind. She
even had her trusty companion Pongo, the
raccoon by her side steadily day after day.

Nini gathered up plants for cooking during the day,


but at night, her true passion was her story writing.
Her imagination could take her to any faraway
land that she could think of and she reveled in the
idea that should could experience any type of
unique experience if only with just her thoughts.

As she grew into her older years, she realized that


she was experiencing the things that she wrote
about in her stories. There was an almost magical
quality about the way she wrote, but she just
couldn't pin down if she was just imaging these
things in a fit of heat exhaustion. The forest can be
a very disconcerting place to be when the
temperatures rise to blood curdling degrees.

Clairvoyance has always been something only


faintly whispered about. But Nini knew that she
had to get to the bottom of why, what seemed to
be so suddenly, her years of solitude were leading
her on a different path, with missions, that she felt
compelled to complete
