Scope of Work :
PT. PANGANSARI UTAMA (PSU) founded in 1975, in association with Greatways Group of Companies that
operate extensively through South East Asia. This Group of Companies is involved in Restaurants, Bras, Coffee
Shops, Supermarkets, Bakeries, offshore, Service, Food Supply, Industrial Catering and Remote Site Support Service.
The Catering and Support Services Operation currently provides Service to a variety of Construction Projects, Oil related and
Offshore Operations in all parts of Indonesia from Aceh to Papua.
PT. PANGANSARI UTAMA has the stability, financial resources, experience and support infrastructure to
professionally operate and manage any Catering, Food Supply or Camp Support Project anywhere in Indonesia. Our
professional and personalized management style and commitment has enabled us to prosper within the Industry. We
are now the largest Caterers in Indonesia with turnover in excess of US$ 50 million annually.

Resources (Plantation).
HR Operation are responsible for the followings HR Service Lines & reports to HR Director:
1. Training & Development (People & Organization area)
Involved in TNA, Succesion planning, career path, Job analyze, Job desc, Job evaluation, Job grading,
Performance Appraisal, Key Performance Indicator(KPI)
Coordinate Training Need Anaysis and its implementation
Individual Development Plan and its implementation
Responsible in Performance Management
This position reports to Director , responsible for the followings HR Service lines for Khrisna Group :
3. Industrial Relation
Build a positive working environment, employee relations , manging employee grievances, and handling
employee disputes, involved in termination process and calculation.
Review and update employee rules & regulations , monitor and maintain employee’s contractand other
employee requirements
4. Training & Development
Develop and implemets training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training
needs
Develop HR Policies & Procedures
5. General Affair Section
Managing expatriate documents and permit, handling general affairs and company legal documents and
permit , coordinate employee safety, wellness, and welfare
6. As strategic partner to Director in Business Unit for HR Service Lines following subsidiaries:

1. Supporting Branch Manager on Human Resources Management for Personnel, Recruitment, C & B
(Compensation & Benefit) sector and General Affair (GA) for G4S Cash Services and G4S Security
Services
2. Planning, organizing, supervisory and evaluating the Human Resource & General Affairs (GA) of the G4S
Security Services Branch Office
3. Review the length of services, employment agreement and employee ID card validation
agreement (contract / permanent), Assignment Letter and employee ID card
4. Submit KPI personnel & Attendance monthly report & Prepared Employee Performance
Appraisal.
5. Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
functions.
6. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach
7. Maintenance and Develop Human Resources Standard and Procedure
8. Follow up any employment dispute until it reaches the Court of Disputes Settlement of
Industrial Relations
9. Analysis of budget requirements for the procurement and maintenance of the entire facility and
support activities
10. Maintenance activities on all facilities and support facilities, as well as the process of
reimbursement of fasiltias / facilities which is broken.
11. Relationships with vendors or suppliers of goods and services facility / office facilities as well as assist in
handling the complaint on the vendor
12. Create, run and develop work systems / procedures for the procurement and maintenance of facilities
supporting the work.
13. Conducting surveys rate of satisfaction with the services provided to all employees
14. Prepare monthly reports for the purpose of meeting the budget, the financial statements of the assets
and the burden of office expenses.
In Headquarter KIA Mobil Indonesia Jakarta I have some responsibilities in Checking spare part claim of
KIA's vehicle. Direct reports to Service Manager . My responsibilities are :
