THE NEW PLANT MANAGER

I. INITIAL DIAGNOSIS

New plant Manager provided leadership, and to give organization and how to organize
the resources to accomplish goals. Likewise, they should prefer to motivate the employees
manipulating their social behavior, they would able to understand the domain on what
administrator provided on that company.

Toby Butterfield

Toby worked in way upward in the Montclair Company until he became assistant plant
Manager in the Illinois plant. Toby was ambitious and somewhat power oriented, Toby promoted
to the plant manager. The Houston plant having difficulty meeting, so Toby transferred to the
Houston plant, he issued orders for each department to cut its budget 5 percent Toby insisted that
an rules and budgets should be followed and he allowed no exceptions.

II. DATA COLLECTION

The concept we may open ended surveys and one on one interview to determine the
organizational culture and behavioral problems. The result usually helps us to solve the exact
circumstances about on that establishment and to serve their responsibilities.

Found out on that company that there's a personal competences that we must to solve, to provide
them the concept about duties on that establishment.

I will make a survey and having one on one interview to the person who were able on that
company.

III. DATA FEEDBACK AND CONFRONTATION

Analyze by various works individual and to collect the data what we're provided; they would
able experiencing an organizational behavior.

I would rather to beep the administrator that the Houston Company should have a
circumstance. I will discuss to them the significant differences according to the degree which
they believe the potential ethical problem.
IV. ACTION PLANING AND SOLVING

Which the group established the main specific problem. That Houston got a specific
problem which is involving a low productivity collapse and got lower standard.

A successful conduct survey found out that each employee must take an advantage to
care about the organizational behavior system. They are going to identify the organizational
variables that affect on their performance. In this case the employees would achieve their goals
base on creating ideas.

Activity: business orientation

Objectives: to distinguish them the strategy to get the higher percentage standard.

Time: 9:00-12:00 in the morning

Activity: value premises

Objectives: represent the certain goals and activities and motivating them.
Day 4

Time: 9:00-12:00 in the morning

Activity: tasks/ assignments

Objectives: know their limit about doing their responsibilities which have also challenge
themselves.

V. USE OF INTERACTION

Once the article complete, it gives us in every participants to take control, to understand every
circumstances. Manipulating employees their personal responsibilities to joining the team
together, doing their role is an action of a person involving activities the obligation Power and
responsibility, they're going to guide another employee to share valuable advice on that role.

This training program will provided to the employees. They're going to make a guidelines on
how to interact the employees in the organizational system. Philosophy and vision also included
in the organizational behavior system because employees need to determine the type of
leadership of what there's going to do and must be create on how to handle their organizational
culture, social environment the leadership and the communication.

V|. EVALUATION AND FOLLOW-UP

The result helps the organization to evaluate their duties and to develop abilities.

Therefore, I conclude that employee must represent their mission and vision of the organization,
to overcome good work; to manage the plan by using the value premises and it's represented
certain goals and activities of the production that we must to take and risk.
