In the article 1 tell us the importance of the water that surrounds that

associated with the an island. It speak for the rights of the Philippines to own

geographical system. As long as the Philippine supports oneself, continues to

be united as one and establish one nation then the three mile limit can never

be acceptable to us. According to Rivas and Nael, there are areas includes in

the Philippine territory. The territorial sea, seabed, sub-oil, insular shelves and

other submarines areas. In able to acquire a territory, it need a sort of

agreements the international law. By this the Philippines may get or gain a

territory.

In the U.S. imperialism tells of Lenin describe about monopoly of

the capitalist.

Imperalism is authoritative and the reason of war due to the fact it

uses it influential power to rule its country or the country it wants
to seize or conquer the poor community to get their important
resources that they can gain in it. That time it the rises in the world
war II. There was a set of unequal treaties and agreement.
Imperalism manipulate a lot of agencies that overthrow the
interests of the Filipino people. The Philippines was enlighten by the
universal truth of the Marxist-Leninism-Mao Tsetong conception.
The imperialism tends to lessen technique and the political
vulnerable of the nation.

Davao

In the Warlord Politics and the Duranos of Davao talks about his
family history, life as a leader and his political activities in that
time. And tell us that Ramon Durano holds a central political power
and have a economics assets in the town of Cebu that has been
controlled and maintained by his inheritors and his family. His
perspective is that politics should not be something to give or hand
over to the people you are not related to and there was a journalist
who questioned Durano’s way of thinking and using of strategies in
holding the government. As a Christian father and a ruthless
warlord, he has responsibilities in both area and being criticize by
his enemies of being a controlling,assassination and corruption. But
Durano was never falter from these accusations instead he said
don’t let yourself be harmed by someone and when someone tries
to outsmart you, don’t be mad get even.

By these we can conclude that his principle, he is a person do

not let fear to control him, he let himself be dominantly strong and
powerful traits for himself, his family and the people he governs to.
Durano was the sixth child of Bibiana Mercado and Demetrio Tan
Durano. Where Demetrio and his brother Fausto and Mariano was
successful in municipal politics in Danao where Ramon was studying
and where their political and economical path started. They family
become known in this institution. Danao was an attracted place for
political plans of Cuenco where in rhe World War II, Durano became
the dominant leader of Cuenco faction. The time war happened that
Japanese occupied Cebu, Harry Ferton was executed by the
guerillas because of hoarding supplies and sexual abuses. Durano
was also arrested by them. Because of these Mariano Cuenco has a
great opportunity. We can conclude that Durano was a man who
never afraid of doing extreme thighs for achieving, better and new
environment .Due to the fact Durano entered politics a lot of
problems in that time but in the end Danao become a city where the
Durano family controls it. There was also a Garcia-Durano alliance
and political influence of Osmeña and Cuenco in Cebu. And a
emergent with Marcos when Durano sees Osmeña creating a rivalry
against natuonal leaders.. in the 1969 success, the Duranos with a
strong alliance and Marcos support they become much more in a
stronger positions. But even though they expanded their power
Durano unable to unable to get key offices of beyond of their
domain. On the day Marcos declared martial law, the authority pf
the Duranos and their alliances has been fall back again to their
territory again. I

n this situation we can have a lesson and conclusion that no

matter how far power took you to a superior position and alliances
of a powerful person their will always be a win or lose in the process
that we need to accept but we need to learn from it and rise again
in a process where you see a better path.
