Technical

The technical aspects used in developing the methodology of this study is the following:

First thinking of the business name in line with the concept of fruits dips in a healthy way. It is
named after the fruits that is delicious and it arrived at “Fruitylicious” which means fruits that is delicious.

The next one is the business logo, the team created the logo for the business named FRUITYLICIOUS
wherein they will cater to sell different kind of fruits which is ready to eat, and offers different variety of
dips that will suit customers taste buds. The team also determine the specific products that will be
produced that is fruit shake and fruit dips.

It also provides processes wherein it tells how the product is being produced for it to be
transparent to the customers and to provide references. We also include product output for the procedural
time of every product to be serve. And also the maximum output for the day is provided.

The proponents used some documentation pictures that include the location of the business, and
the vicinity map. We also make sure that we provided the building and business layout.The team also put
information about the raw materials to be used, and identify every single thing included to produce the
product.

We also elaborate the tools and equipment needed to operate the business. In completion with
everything needed we also state also all the supplies needed and demanded by the said business. All
business to operate well also needed utilities, like electricity, water, and air condition. For the betterment
of the business to operate and give and render quality services and products. And for the safety and
legalization of the proposed business, we also comply to all the permits and licenses required. And come
up with the total project cost amounting to P 34, 453.00

Management

The methodology used in management, is that we came up with the Vision, Mission and Goals of
the business. We stated what the company is and how it is to be inclined with it to be part and how we can
be a help to the society relating our business to corporate social responsibility.

The team used the form of organization as a partnership type. Wherein partners manage the
business for the benefit and expense of both partners. We also stated the organizational structured used
for it is one requirement of running a business.

We also comply to the manpower requirements and qualification wherein we stated the needs and
requirements to be part of the business to be able to make the business more successful.We have come up
with some duties and responsibilities for us to be a good and organized organization. In order to have good
relation with the employee we also put the wages and salary table to be transparent. And lastly is to
provide benefits for the employee.
