AFFIDAVIT
That I, ANJO DELA SILVA PALMA GIL, 18 years of age, and a resident of Phase 7 Claro
Street, Doña Asuncion Bo. Pampanga, Lanang, Davao City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one and the same person executing this affidavit whose personal
circumstances are above-stated;

2. That in the evening of January 13, 2019, I accompanied my Aunt Amelia Assestido
going to their residence at Bincungan, Tagum City, Davao del Norte because I had no classes on
Monday January 14, 2019;

3. That in the afternoon of January 14, 2019 at about 5:30, I left the house of my aunt
purposely to play billiard at San Isidro, Tagum City on board my motorcycle;

4. That when I reached at the billiard hall, there were several persons playing billiard
and there was no vacant table, so I just watched those playing billiard;

5. That after one hour, not being able to play billiard I decided to go home, but when I
was about to board on my motorcycle, a person in civilian clothing accused me claiming to be a
policeman, and I was subsequently frisked and arrested. My motorcycle was confiscated
including my wallet that contained cash in the amount of THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY PESOS
(P3,070.00) as well as my Oppo Celphone valued SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00);

6. That at about 2:00 o’clock in the morning of January 15, 2019 all these persons
arrested numbering more than FORTY were brought to a place, the called BANTAKAN where
there was a hut which the police claimed to be the place where we allegedly held Pot Session of
Shabu;

7. That at about 5:00 o’clock in the morning of January 15, 2019, we were brought to
the PNP Detention Center at Apokon, Tagum City;

8. That I was alone when I was arrested and I never know my co-accused;

9. That the charged that I participated in a Pot Session of Shabu as claimed by the Seven
(7) Policeman are absolutely force and fabricated.
