WEB SPREADING SYSTEM:

Embee Scroll Roller not only removes selvedge curl reliably but also has a positive de-
creasing effect over the full width of the fabric. Their effectiveness is adjustable by varying
the angle of wrap either by hand wheel or motorised action. The special profile is gentle on
the web. Our Scroll Roller is used for dry fabric as well as damp fabric. The equipment is
rather insensible to dirt and can be cleaned easily.
FULL WIDTH SPREADING DEVICE (SCROLL ROLL UNIT – BOX TYPE)

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Prices given above are based on the present cost of price level, both of Imported as well as
indigenous raw materials. Any alternation leading to increased Import duty increased freight
charges, revaluation of foreign currency or increase in the basic price as applicable to the
imported raw materials increased labor charges brought by normal as well as special market
conditions will imply a revision of our prices in accordance with the conditions prevailing at the
time of dispatch.

Payment : 30 % Advance & Balance 70 % against IRREVOCABLE L/C AT SIGHT

Forwarding & Transportation: The machines will be dispatched by SEA. Freight and handling charges
and insurance will be charged as actual. Partial and trans-shipments shall be allowed.

Delivery : Within 120 days from the date of acceptance of our order confirmation along with
advance amount as security deposit and also subject to forces beyond our control and
availability of raw materials and components in time.

Erection: (Erection charges extra only if applicable) We shall depute our 1 or 2 Engineers to your
company to take up the erection and commissioning of the machine under following terms and
conditions.

• US $ 90/- Per day Per person as erection charges

• TO & FRO air ticket, visa charges from Ahmedabad to Destination to be provided by customer
on actual basis.
• Decent lodging, boarding, local conveyance and daily allowance to be provided by Customer.
• Necessary foundation work, water, pneumatic and electrical connections with all facilities such
as labors, tools etc. are to be carried out by customer at their cost.

Insurance : To be arranged by customer at their cost and risk. We shall intimate you the dispatch
details by EMAIL/fax as and when the consignment leaves our premises.

Specifications : Above specifications are indicative and are subject to alternations and
amendments for the betterment of the machine as well as subject to suitable raw materials and
components available.

Warranty : Machines manufactured by us are covered under guarantee of one year's smooth
working within which period if any parts except bought out items like : Motors and electrical
components found defective due to defective manufacture or defective material used in
manufacturing, the same shall be set right free of cost to you should there be a necessity of
replacing an article free of cost to you, we shall not charge the actual cost of the article but
incidental expenses will be charged extra.

Validity : This order confirmation is valid for 30 days time and unless your order acceptance is
received by you along with the initial advance payment by T/T and the L/c copy of the remaining
payment and within that period the price and terms and conditions of this order confirmation
is subject to revision.

This order confirmation is being sent in duplicate with a request to kindly return the duplicate copy of
the same duly stamped and signed by you as a token of your acceptance to terms and
conditions mentioned for the sake of our record as well as irrevocable letter of credit for full value

Any dispute if arising shall be first solved by mutual friendly settlement. In case the dispute cannot be
