A RESOLUTION REQUESTING DR. CAMERON P. ODSEY, OIC REGIONAL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE – CORDILLERA
ADMINISTRATIVE REGION – FIELD OFFICE TO PROVIDE ONE (1) UNIT OF
FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR (MODEL: 3608 KUBOTA)

WHEREAS, the Abra Organic Practitioner in Agriculture, has fifty-two (52) members from
different municipalities of Province of Abra, with an area of Forty Hectares;

WHEREAS, be it known that the Department of Agriculture is granting farm machineries to

qualified beneficiaries;

WHEREAS, the presence of the farm machineries reduces the labor cost hence it lessens the
burden of farmers and thereby increasing their income.

NOW THEREFORE, in motion by Mr. Silvestre A. Ballacillo Jr. and duly seconded by the
body;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request DIRECTOR CAMERON P. ODSEY, OIC

Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera Administrative Region
– Field Office to provide one (1) unit FOUR WHEEL drive Tractor for the ABRA ORGANIC
PRACTITIONER IN AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE of Brgy. Calaba, Bangued, Abra;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Regional Executive
Director, Dr. Cameron P. Odsey, for his kind consideration and approval.

different Municipalities of Province of Abra, some members are processors;

WHEREAS, be it known that the Department of Agriculture is granting farm equipment

machineries to qualified beneficiaries;

WHEREAS, the presence of the farm equipment machineries reduces the labor cost hence it
lessens the burden of farmers and thereby increasing their income.

NOW THEREFORE, in motion by Mr. Silvestre A. Ballacillo Jr. and duly seconded by the
body;

– Field Office to provide one (1) unit fruit drier and one (1) Unit Corn Drier for the ABRA
ORGANIC PRACTITIONER IN AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE of Brgy. Calaba, Bangued,
Abra;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Regional Executive
Director, Dr. Cameron P. Odsey, for his kind consideration and approval.

ABRA SEED GROWERS ASSOCIATION INC.

POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

One (1) Unit Seed Cleaner

In order to maintain a good condition of the seed cleaner, the following guidelines and
policies must be implemented;

1. The equipment is solely owned by the members and officers of the Abra SEED Growers
Association Inc.
2. Member and officers will pay Php. 5.00 per sack @ 40kls. in using machinery
3. Non-member must pay Php. 400,000.00 per day in using the equipment.
4. Before bringing out the equipment, the borrower and the custodian/caretaker shall check
if the equipment is in good condition.
5. After using the borrower/user and the custodian must check again if the equipment is still
in good condition before returning it.
6. The borrower will be liable for any missing parts of the machinery that hinders its
functionality.
7. The operational income of the machinery will be handed over to the treasurer of the
association.
