avoid confusion and error
 To further secure the database, strictly observe the authorization of personnel
in Human Resource Department
 Opt to paperless processing system to avoid errors and fraudulent payroll
distribution
 Establish bank payroll account and require employees to have ATM cards to
automate salary distribution

Our assessment of the Belbin team roles showed that there is balance in our group. Raven
Roxas usually comes up with ideas and ensures that the assigned tasks are completed on time;
Angelica Quilatan provides support and makes sure that people within the team are working
together effectively; Arianne Reyes acts as the team leader, delegates tasks and turns ideas into
actions and plans; Michael Bryan Tacan is creative, innovative and challenges the team to
improve; Nevillyn Montano is good in problem analysis and evaluates ideas accurately; and
Allysa Maryse Carandang provides sufficient knowledge and skills needed to get the job done
and is dedicated in doing her task. As a result, we were able to perform and finish our tasks
efficiently and effectively without misunderstanding.
