*see if lawyer suggests waiting out the liens. I’d suggest doing that. If you pay them off now
with your mortgage, you’ll be paying interest on the money for as long as you have the mortgage.

Including the liens in the mortgage would also increase your mortgage payment – about $4-5 per
every thousand. So if they are $6,000 – you will be adding $30 to your mortgage payment each month.

30 year loan = 360 payments

360 payments * $30 a month = $10,800 It will cost you almost $11,000 to pay off the $6,000
