SUBJECT: Training Programs for CY 2020 of the National College of Public

Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the
Philippines

The Center for Policy and Executive Development, National College of Public
Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines will be holding its Training
Programs for CY 2020 at the NCPAG, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

Attendance to
this activity shall be on Official Business to all concerned personnel
in DOHbased on Office Staff Development Plan. Expenses to be incurred for the attendance
to this activity shall be charged against the sending agency.

All other transactions shall be in accordance with Department Order (DO) No. 2007-
0053, entitled “Guidelines on the Attendance to Conventions/Seminars/Conference and
Similar Human Resource Development Activities Outside of the Department of Health,” and
DO No. 2014-0094, entitled “Guidelines on the Allowable Rates of Payment for Human
Resource Development Activities.”

Attached is the letter of invitation with other details for your ready reference.
Dissemination of the information to all concerned is requested.

the National College of Public Administration and
