My aim is to establish my own business in future, and this is the reason why I took admission in

business administration diploma in Lethbridge college, AB. This diploma is very helpful for

those people who wants to do the business. Furthermore, if I talk about myself then this course

would be very beneficial for me and in future it would guide me to run my own business.

Forward, I am going to discuss about my plans and will explain about my company I want to

establish.

I would like to establish my own boutique and I will provide different type of culture i.e. Indian

style, Pakistani and western style. Initial step of my plans is: -

To set Financial Goals: Goals are the initial stage because without goals no organisation exists.

Furthermore, goals are important in order to run the business and it helps to plan saving,

investment, spending. In addition to it, goals create good image in market, and it attracts the

customers so you can sell out the things easily. I learned a lot how to set goals through this

course.

Location: I already select the location for my business because I know it affects a lot to any

business. if I have my own boutique at convenience place then people like to visit my store and

then would like to buy the stuff.

Budgeting Emergency fund and savings: I prepared for the emergency expense and losses so I

can use it at that time. It is good to being prepared in advance because it leads to less risk.

License and Permits: I will complete the formalities of license and permits at initially stage

because without permission I am not able to run any business. I need to get permission legally so

that I can run my business smoothly.

Staff: I will recruit the best staff for my business which are fully skilled and knowledgeable as

per my business. I want to hire the finest staff so that I will achieve my goals because staff plays

the vital role in any kind of organisation.

Services: I will provide best services to my customers as well as to my staff members. in my

business I will provide home deliveries so that it made more convenient to the customers and it

will also attract to create to new customers.

Growth: Finally, for the continuous growth of my business I will apply the different strategies,

so the business run smoothly. I will make the changes time to time and will adapt the new

technologies time to time.

At the end, I would like to say that these are my steps to achieve the target of my business and by

applying this makes my business better. It is very beneficial to make your business run at high

level and earn good reputation in the market. this course would helpful and guide me to run my

own business individually. It will also help me to gain more knowledge and skills about

business.
