APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

COMES NOW, accused RED MADULA SENOC, thru the undersigned counsel and unto
this Honorable Court most respectfully APPLIES for probation pursuant to PD 968 as amended
and further declares:

1. That on January 24, 2020, accused pleaded guilty to the crime for VIOLATION OF
SECTION 5 IN RELATION TO SECTIONS 3 (e) AND 12 (a) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10586,
as ,charged against him in the above titled case and being a first time offender, was
sentenced to suffer the penalty of imprisonment for a period of three (3) months
and to pay a fine of (Php 20, 000.00) Twenty Thousand Pesos and to pay the cost of
suit;

2. That the accused has all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications to avail
himself of the benefits of the said law;

3. That he is sincerely remorseful of the offense he committed and if granted

probation, is willing to undergo supervision under the terms and conditions imposed
by this Honorable Court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that this application for
probation be granted citing the afore-stated reasons. Other reliefs consistent with equity and
justice are likewise being prayed for.
