 Compliance Officer- ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its
business goals.
 Secretary- maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and
clerical duties.
 Treasurer- responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the
company's financial activities.
 Sub-treasurer - monitors cash received in a business.
 Accountant - provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing
accounting data; preparing reports.
 Assistant- accountant handle basic accounting duties such as preparing financial records and
reports, reconciling bank statements.
 Production Head- ensuring that resources are distributed to ensure this is done safely, efficiently
and in accordance with the artistic and business objectives of the company.
 Production personnel- responsible for operating equipment in a factory and preparing items for
distribution.
 Head of marketing- responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and
planning and implementing new sales plans.
 Marketing and sales personnel- contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop
marketing strategies.
 Head of purchasing department- responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy
and activity and for ensuring optimal supplier performance and price.
 Purchasing Department personnel- evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing
reports.
