GERMPLASM ACCESSION USING SSR MARKERS”, from CENTRAL PLANTATION
CROPS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, (C P C R I), Kasaragod (Dist), Kerala, India. Under the
guidance of Dr.K.DEVAKUMAR,Senior Scientist (Biotechnology) - I was able to detect
different microsatellite regions in the DNA using SSR markers and was succesful in
finding out genetic diversity among those coconut accessions.
