2. Remarks
2.1. Rental rate
All above prices are net prices, excluding 10% VAT and fuel consumption.

2.2. Working time

- The above rental rate is applicable to 26 (twenty six) days per month, 12 (twelve) hours per day.
- In case that the daily working time is less than 12 (twelve) hours per day, the rental fee shall be
still charged as full-day rate.

 - In case of bad weather, problems or inappropriate work arrangement at sites leading to less than
26 (twenty six) days per month, the rental fee shall be still charged as full-month rate.
- The daily rental rate shall be charged by monthly rental rate/30 days.
- All work performed over than 312 hours working time shall be subject to an overtime. Minimum
overtime is at least one (01) hour.
2.3. Rental equipment includes
- All repair and maintenance services during rental period.
2.4. Rental equipment excludes
- Good diesel.
- Electric box and any connectors.
2.5. Effective date of the quotation
This quotation is valid in 15 (fifteen) days since the issuing date.
