Branded Executive Condominium OLÁ Announces Pricing; For a


Limited Period Nearly Half the Units Priced Lower or Equal to
Existing EC Stocks on PSF Basis
Singapore, 18 March 2020 – Prices for the OLÁ Executive Condominium (“EC”) in Sengkang were
announced today with nearly half the units priced lower than or equal to existing EC stocks on a per
square foot (“psf”) basis, its developer Anchorvale Pte Ltd (“Anchorvale”) said.

E-applicants will be able to view the show units on 19 and 20 March before bookings commence on
21 March.

Anchorvale recorded 1,163 e-applications at the close on 2 March, more than double the 548 units of
the Spanish theme luxury branded EC. More than 4,000 visitors thronged the show gallery of the
Spanish theme luxury-branded EC on February 29 and March 1, the final weekend before e-
applications closed. The project is expected to be completed by December 2023.

Starting prices for the various units on psf basis are as follows:

- 2-Bedroom (total 30 units; 775 sqft ) – S$1,100 psf


- 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom + 1 premium (total 422 units; 926 – 1,055 sqft) – S$999 psf
- 4-Bedroom (total 87 units; 1389 sqft) – S$976 psf
- 5-Bedroom (total nine units; 1722 sqft) – S$1,154 psf

About 15% of the units will be priced below S$1 million. Of the nine penthouses, a number of units
will be priced at around S$2 million. The luxurious penthouses measure around 1,722 square-feet and
sit atop each residential tower.

Anchorvale – a joint venture between EVIA Real Estate and Gamuda Land – said the above pricing
range applies for applications made on 21 March, and will be adjusted upwards from 22 March.

All show units will be unveiled on 19 and 20 March amidst a carnival atmosphere. Visitors will be able
to enjoy activities and gifts on offer. In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, additional health
measures have been put in place. These measures include social distancing, staggering the flow of
visitors, installation of advanced air filters, and stringent cleaning schedules to disinfect and sanitise
public spaces. Hand sanitisers will also be strategically located around the premises and face masks
will also be provided on-demand.

The 4-bedder show unit adopts an “Alice in Wonderland” theme, featuring depictions of the Mad
Hatter’s Tea Party and White Rabbit. A central feature of the 4-bedroom’s kitchen is the provision of
a kitchen island – a rare offering in modern-day condo designs.

The master bedroom and junior master bedroom are fitted with full-height glass curtain walls to
provide floor-to-ceiling views, with the master bedroom providing a 270-degree view of the landscape
deck.

A 2-minute drive from Nan Chiau Primary School, OLÁ is located near Sengkang MRT and Cheng Lim
LRT station. It will be the first EC in Singapore to provide:

- 12 lounges and clubhouses combined, scattered within a 115-metre elevated walkway,


including a bio-diversity pond, a sensory garden, lush greenery and stream deck;
- Telehealth services – residents can enjoy virtual consultations with telehealth startup HiDoc’s
General Practitioners, with the developer absorbing the fees (excluding prescriptions) for the
first 2 years after moving in*; and
- Over 500 hours of complimentary classes in a year, ranging from yoga, baking, dance, regular
skincare workshops conducted by award-winning skincare brand IZU, and football classes with
the Real Madrid Football School for children aged 6 to 16*.

The cost of these services and classes will be absorbed by Anchorvale, and will not be included in the
pricing of the units. This is in line with the developer’s commitment to building a community for its
residents, providing a choice lifestyle that goes beyond the four walls of a home.

OLÁ has partnered world-renowned Spanish porcelain-maker Lladro to become Singapore’s first
luxury-branded EC. Various Lladro-inspired motifs and design elements will be weaved into the
project, such as a chandelier handcrafted by Lladro with 200 porcelain fairies which will adorn the
project upon completion.
