3.7.4 Conclusion
It has been noted that when the diameter of the cross section is smaller, there
were increasing velocities in the distribution tube. The larger the pressure
difference gave the most speed of fluid flow. The fluid flowthrough the venturi
meter, the head is higher at the narrower tube and vice versa. The narrower the
tube the higher velocities and lower pressure. As we move the pin installed in
the pipe, the total height differs and also with the height of the water inside the
series of pipes in the equipment.
