Business specification:
We tend to develop a unique business that gathers happiness, entertainment and a real life-
time chance to win and double their money with no hidden secrets. We are hoping to build
up mini stalls that would require no buildings, no big initial investments and is 100% eco-
friendly and sustainable. The idea is to build up stalls that consist of tricky mind games and
puzzles and to create an environment that is attractive and pleasing to the audience. The
entry fees would be as low as Rs.20 and winning prize or cash would be of double of that
fees. We are hoping that in future we would expand this business as putting up those stalls
in school, colleges and universities after fixed intervals.
Resources:
The only source required for this business is the human resource. It would require at least
two people for a single stall to engage the audience and manage those stalls and
maintaining the entries. We believe in becoming a business group that would provide
employment with no background requirements (education, past experience).
Target market:
Our main audience would be kids and youngsters. Although we will create an environment
that would attract and convince every near passerby to at least try their luck for once. But
the target market is the age group somewhere between 8-40 years. Because these age
groups no matter which gender, they tend to take risk and want such entertainment in their
life to get rid of their hectic routine and forget about their worries.

Theoretical framework:
We are going to build up stalls that comprise of different mind games and puzzles. The
location decided for stalls is Al-Fatah and Misaq-ul-Mall Faisalabad. The initial investments
are low and affordable. We will be requiring the following items for our stalls:
