Game day…

Before the Game:


• 50 minutes to KO- Leave for warm Up
• 5 minutes- Players on their own/ Drill
• 10 minutes- Sports Science
• 8 minutes- Possession( All together)
• 5 minutes- Patterns of play( Starting 11)
• 4 minutes- Players on their own
Half time…

Half time:
• 0-7 minutes: Staff meeting (Players relax/ talk)
• 7-10 minutes: Finalise key points for second half
• 10 minutes: Head Coach delivers key points
• 15 minutes: Depart for second half
Full time…

Full Time:
• Staff meeting (Players relax/ talk)
• Finalise some minimal key points to be made straight away
• Medical team- Check for injuries
• Medical team- Start recovery of players
• Analyst- Analyse game straight away
• Technical Team- Prepare detailed debrief meeting
