To encourage young people to join and to participate in a wide

range of activities appropriate to their age and stage of

development.

To help young people to gain a greater understanding and respect

for their own traditions.

To create a productive and self-sustaining youth population.

To participate in social welfare activities.

Mobilizing the youth to participate in environment and natural

resources for health, safety and increased sustainable livelihoods.
