1.There are two HRC Blocks, one is 26.5, the other is 61.9.

2.Measure the high hardness block some times, you will get some data,
then get the average value; Measure the low hardness block some times,
you will get some data, then get the average value;
3.Press the "Set" button, the display shows E □ □ □, that is the setting
state, In this case, the above-mentioned "high-profile" value is entered by
the numeric keys. (note The display shows four figures, the right side 3
figures valid). Enter the correct value, press the "HHV" button to confirm,
the display shows "0000" indicates data has been identified and read into
the machine, and then press the "menu" key, the display shows P □ □ □
the "low" value set state, then enter the low-profile value with the
numeric keys (the right side 3 figures valid), it is correct, press the
"LHV" button, show "000" on screen;
then press the "menu" key, enter H □ □ □ the state of high block value set,
then enter the high hardness nominal value of the block with the number
keys (the right three valid), it is correct, press the "HVHB" button to
confirm, show "000" ; then click "menu" button, the display was L □ □ □
enter the state of low block value set , then enter the nominal value of
lower hardness block with the number keys (right three valid), it is
correct, press the "LVHB" "button, show " 000 ", thus, complete a set of
data set (press the “MENU” key to check whether the stored data is
correct.)
4.Press the "Meas" key, show "0" , enter into the normal measurement
state.
5.if more than 2 degrees, you can reset by the above method. High
hardness value error adjusts high hardness value E □ □ □, low hardness
value error adjusts low hardness value P □ □ □, high and low hardness
value error adjusts high E □ □ □ and low hardness value P □ □ □.
At this time, you donot need to adjust the H □ □ □ and L □ □ □.
6.the measured value minus the nominal value = you will adjust value.
Example 1:
Nominal value of the test block is HRC60, the measured value is HRC63,
3 degrees higher, click "Set" button, the display shows the measured high
hardness value, for example, E7 5 2, where 75.2 is the high hardness
value stored in the instrument, adjust the value of memory, and now the
measured high hardness value is 3 degrees more than nominal value of
reference block, computer cpu is a negative calculation, so it must be
based on 75.2 , then add 3 degrees, rather than minus 3 degrees, in order
to achieve the nominal value of the test block, so should Enter 75.2 + 3 =
78.2 degrees, and then press the "HHV" key, the screen displays "000",
the input values have been identified, and then click "Meas" key to enter
the normal state. If the measured value has not yet reached the standard
value, you can continue to increase the set value until reached the
standard value.

Example 2:
When measuring block nominal value is HRC32.5, while the actual
measurement value is displayed in HRC28.5, low 4 degrees or greater,
start re-set, the method is: First click on the “Set” button, show E □ □ □ ,
it is the high hardness value set area, and now need to set the low
hardness value (as it is to measure the low block by low 4 degrees), so
click the "menu" button to display the P □□□ set zone, then this area
can be the original value minus 4 (if the original is 40.0 degrees, then this
value must use the numeric keys to enter 36.0 degrees), it is right, click
the “LHV” button, show "000", the low value has been entered, then you
can press the "MENU" to check whether each set of data is correct, press
the "meas "key to enter the normal measurements. If the measured value
has not yet reached the standard value, you can continue to increase the
set value until reached the standard value.

When the measured value is higher than the nominal test block value, the
corresponding setting value should be increased. If the standard value is
lower than the nominal test block value, the set value should be reduced.
If tens digit have error, please adjust tens place; if ones place have error,
adjust ones digit.
When working in "Meas" mode, double-function key of the lower parts
cumulative, average, Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell are valid.
