Nessco Pressure Systems (NPS) supply and service screw compressors, air preparation equipment, high pressure products
and complete airline systems. With over 12 years experience in delivering compressed air systems of the highest quality and
standard, NPS provide their customers with expert advice and service. The team is fully equipped for all makes and models of
air compressor systems of various sizes and configurations providing servicing, repairs and replacement options.

We also distribute Ceccato’s range of Air Refrigerant Dryer systems.
These air dryer systems are used to assist in increasing the productivity
of your compressor system, lowering maintenance costs, prolonging the
life of the compressor system and producing higher quality products, by
removing moisture from the compressed air down to a 3 degree pressure
dew point.

Flow equipment solutions, Australia
Nessco Pressure Systems was
comissioned by Cameron to design and
build a 600mm compressor and airline
network at their new WA premises.
Three 45kW screw compressors, one
variable speed, were utilised, allowing
the system to operate from 100 to
1100cfm.
Multiple droppers were installed along
the network to cater for high pressure
equipment, sand blasters and various
hand tools.
Jason Windows
Window manufacturer, Australia
During Jason Windows’ relocation to a
new purpose built factory in Welshpool,
Nessco Pressure Systems was
commissioned to install a fully integrated
compressed air system.
Two 55kW direct drive compressors
were installed, along with a 3000 litre
receiver and two CDX100 refrigerant
dryers. Infinity piping was utilised to build
a 500m ring main system, using 50mm
pipe.
Coca Cola
Soft drink manufacturer, Australia
As part of their factory renovation, Coca
Cola required a 40m airline system
that could connect three 55kW variable
speed compressors.
Nessco Pressure Systems was
commissioned to install the network,
using Compressed Air Systems, ensuring
maximum compressor capacity and
optimised flow of the airline distribution
system.
