MANUAL
Loading or importing of CFIO data into CADCEUS.
1. Copy CFIO data into XQT folder.

extension CFIO.

3. Create a GROUP for SEIHIN and for JIG parts to easily navigate or view
between SEIHIN and JIG parts.

( for grouping procedure refer to CADCEUS operation manual.)

after grouping we will now proceed to measuring.

* First find all the holes that are connected directly to the JIG
(holes with PIN or BOLTS)

* We need to add centerline on all the holes.

* Create LINES or ARC on the edge of the holes.

* CREATING LINE or ARC on HOLE EDGE.

* for circle:

* For OVAL SHAPE HOLE:

* TRIM the other half of the circe.

* After adding LINE and ARC on all the edges, center of the hole
needs to be determine.
ADDING POINT/DOT and CENTER LINE.

* For CIRCLE

* For CENTER selection use icon.

* For OVAL SHAPE HOLE:

* Do the same procedure on determining the center of the circle.

* Then DRAW a LINE using the center of the two circle as

ENDPOINT.

* Using ICON, CLICK the line to determine the CENTER.

* Once all the center was determined, COORDINATES of the
points will be measure.

MEASURING COORDINATES of HOLE'S CENTER.

* Record the numerical digits that will appear then proceed to the
next hole until everything was recorded.
* Next step is to project a section line to the SEIHIN data from the
MEASURE POINT of the JIG.

 * After the Lines were created next step is to PROJECT the LINE
to the SEIHIN in the direction with respect to the normal of the base
of JIG ASSY.
