Greetings!

The Chemical Engineering Department Student Council of the Technological Institute of

the Philippines- Manila (TIPM) is a duly recognized organization responsible for linking
bonds between chemical engineering learning and students itself. ChE – DSC is an
organization that seeks to help augment the current academic standing and social
involvement of chemical engineering students through seminars, forums, and plant
tours.

Given your pristine status in the local market industry, we would like to formally invite
you to be our partner for our upcoming events.

Event Month

2nd General Assembly January 13-17, 2020

These events will be held for Chemical Engineering students. The whole TIPM
community are invited to join, participate, and watch in this annual event, thus it will be a
big opportunity to promote/advertise your products or services. To make this event
possible, we are requesting for Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000) in cash and
Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000) worth of products to be given away to the
participants for each said event.

As an acknowledgement of your support we will be extending our services for your

company through the following:
- Logo and/or name inclusion in the event streamer/LED Backdrop - Streamer display
at the venue
- Inclusion in the AVP loop of Ads and Sponsors in the in-house projector
- Live acknowledgment
- Booth set-up for FIVE days inside the campus where you can sell your products
from senior high school to graduating students campus wide

This event promotes camaraderie and strengthens bonds within the whole T.I.P
community and is a wonderful opportunity for you to gain valuable exposure within the
community while supporting a worthy cause.
