Committee for the above contract, fully understand the “commercial-in-confidence”
nature of the proceedings of the procurement process and declare that I will not discuss
any matters pertaining to the proceedings, including our recommendations with any party
other than the other members of the Tender Committee and the Tender Evaluation
Committee appointed for this procurement and who are officially involved in the process;

2. I, the undersigned declare that I am in no way linked, associated or involved with any of the
potential bidders of the procurement under consideration;

3. At the first instance when I come to know that participation of any bidder known to me
may cause or may be interpreted as a conflict of interest, I will so inform to the appointing
