conjunctions “and” and “but” so that we
will accomplish our objectives for today’s
lesson.

 This time we will have a group activity,
entitled “4 pics- 4 compound sentences”

I will divide you into 7 groups. Each group


will receive an envelope containing your task.
Then assign a reporter to report your work
after the activity.

form a compound sentence that tells or
describes the pictures on the screen. Encircle
the coordinating conjunction used in every
sentence.
