1. Basic training:
- How to move and put equitments:
+ Always keep equitment in box, cover, suitcase when delivery.
+ Hang equitments by 2 hands (speaker, beam, moving).
+ Don’t put equitment directly on glass, sand, ground (Speaker, sub, beam,
moving), use pads.
- The difference of cables, how to roll cables:
+ Have 7 type of cables: XLR cables, Musician cables, Mini jack, Power cables, 1
phase cables, 3 phase cables, Electricity cables.

+ How to roll cable:

- How to setup and clean at event:
+ Put all suitcases in a area and open all.
+ Set up electricity: Find main electrical cabinet, connect from cabinet to voltage
regulator.
+ Put equitment to right place: For lighting, don’t put moving (beam) on the top of
glowbox or put LED under glowbox, just put them beside (for lightcheck)
+ Set up electricity cables: Connect cables from voltage regulator to all equitments
(don’t turn on the power), need to set up the electricity cables properly (go beside
the wall, don’t cross the door). 1 private for light; 1 private for sound.
+ Set up AV booth, connect DMX cables from mixer to equitments:
Sound mixer: * Input 1,2,…: Connect to mic receiver, DJ mixer,
musical instrument.
* Output L,R: Connect to Sub, Speaker.
L or R => Sub => Speaker
* Output Monitor: Connect to Speaker for DJ or live
band
* Use snake cables for live band.
Light mixer: Serial connection.
AV booth has sound mixer, light mixer, mics + receivers, batteries +
charger, mini jack.
+ Sound check, light check.
+ Clean:
Turn off power all equitment (turn off speaker first, turn off mixer then)
Turn off voltage regulator.
Put cover to all equitment
Roll all cables and put into valis.
