Personal and Medical Details

Before you come out on expedition there are some important pieces of information we need to collect
such as your medical information and your passport numbers. This information can be submitted at
http://portal.opwall.com.

Using the Portal

Registering – Staff Members
As soon as you can, please go to the above address and register. This will generate an email with an
activation link, allowing you to set a password. Please note the activation link is only valid for two hours.
The email you use to register should be the one you have already given to us.

Once into the portal, there are three options:

Edit Personal Details: Please read the notes under each item before completing it, and make sure you
complete everything in full and accurately. A number of the medical fields won't accept no answer -
please enter "none" if there is nothing applicable. The item asking for Travel Insurance details is
frequently not required for school groups, please check with your group organiser - you may be covered
under a group policy.

Agree to Code of Conduct: All Opwall participants are required to read and accept a basic code of conduct
before joining an expedition with us.

Upload your PADI documents: Dependant on your group, you may be submitting your completed PADI
documentation through the portal individually or as a group. Please check with your group organiser. If
you're submitting them individually, you can upload them to us on this page for checking. It will also only
list the documents that are required for your specific marine option. (Please note: If you're set to "Marine
Unallocated" on the front page, please contact your group organiser with your dive option.) It also has a
link to a guidelines document, which goes over how to fill in the forms.

There is an additional form for students travelling to Indonesia - the boat liability form. You bring this
form out to site - although your group organiser may still request them if they're collecting your forms in
as a group.

Registering - Students
On the booking form you would have returned to us, you should have provided a list of emails along with
the names of the students attending the trip. Students will be able to register at the portal using the
method as described above, and will be able to submit their PADI documents and personal/medical
details.

If you did not enter a list of emails on your booking form, please send it to us as soon as possible so we
can start setting up your students.

Please complete all sections as soon as possible, and if you're having any trouble logging into the portal
please contact portal@opwall.com. A paper copy of the personal/medical details form has also been
included.
